ARCOMANS Standard ARCOMANSTM Standard
allows you to enter your Customers, Contractors and Employees. Once this is completed, enter in Project and Building information and you are
ready to start tracking your time through ARCOTimerTM. With
ARCOMANSTM Standard you have all the
required elements to Organize and Track time spent on each project. You can also
export your time to Quick Books. Standard also includes Communications,
Invoicing and Reimbursables. With Communications you can
send Transmittals, Faxes, address envelopes
and print labels. All transmittals and faxes
are organized by project/building and remain
in the database to be instantly recalled
and viewed / printed anytime. Invoicing
includes invoicing by percentage of project
completed or by hours completed since the
last invoice. Statements give an overall
of all the invoices to each customer by
project. Reimbursables are a part of invoicing,
allowing office expenses to be recovered.
ARCOMANS Enterprise
ARCOMANSTM Enterprise
is our flagship product. It includes the
Standard version plus has Construction Administration,
Estimating
and Construction Management tools. With Construction Admin you can enter Bid/Project
info, Change Order Proposals, Change Order History, Submittals, Request For
Info, Meeting Minutes, Site Reports, and Travel Log. With Estimating
you can create an unlimited number of estimates
any size you need, whether from scratch,
or other current estimates. When an estimate
is approved it can be easily transferred
into Construction Management.
ARCOMANS
Network ARCOMANSTM
Network is our Enterprise
version but licensed to run on a server.
This means that if you purchase 1 license,
any one in the office can use it, but only
one user at a time. As soon as the first
user logs off then the next user can log
on. 2 Licenses, then 2 users at a time and
so forth. Because this installs on a server
you must submit your server name and share
path. I.e. "MyServer\ARCOMANS"
ARCOTimer ARCOTimerTM is
a stand alone program that only needs
an ARCOMANSTM
database to operate, and is included
FREE in all ARCOMANSTM
products. The timer may be installed on
any number of PCs with one PC hosting the
Database that all other PCs can get to through
a Network connection. Once connected to
the main database, Customer/Job, Service,
and Class may be selected to create a template
to be used by the timer to instantly log
your time. Each template is available each
day to get you started instantly. The time
logged may then be exported to QuickBooks,
or used to create invoices and schedules
in Standard, Pro, Enterprise, and Network.
